Private Market Opportunities Fund Open-ended SICAV SIF S.A. is governed by the Law of 13th February 2007 and qualifies as an Alternative Investment Fund (“AIF”) under the Law of 12 July 2013 (the "AIFM Law") implementing the 2011/61/UE Directive on the alternative investment fund managers ("AIFMD") and of the specialised investment funds type. Lemanik Asset Management S.A. (“Lemanik”), shall act as the external Alternative Investment Fund Manager (“AIFM”), established in Luxembourg, in accordance with the Chapter II of the Directive 2011/61/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2011 on Alternative Investment Fund Managers (“AIFMD”) and regulated by the CSSF. Its securities are reserved to one or several well-informed investors.
